It is a simple practice that gives us direct access to our own Guides. We can ask questions, receive teachings, restore balance and harmony, and be supported and loved as we work with these Guides. It is fun, safe, and empowering.\nIn this introductory class you learn the basic techniques of a Shamanic journey and practice for yourself. You begin exploring what is known as Non-Ordinary Reality, meet a Spirit Guide, and begin developing a relationship with your Guide.\nNo experience necessary. A journal, pen, markers, crayons, or colored pencils are needed. Wear comfortable clothes.\n
