These are challenging times for sure. And I honestly am not exactly sure what to do. Sometimes I succumb to despair and mindlessly watching some tv show on netflix or britbox. Then I step outside and see the brilliant Moon in whatever phase she is in. Last night she was a rather lopsided almost full circle. Some might say, not perfect, and yet she still shone brightly, illuminating the night, reminding me that perfection is not what is called for in order to shine. So I took a deep breath and spoke words of praise and gratitude to her. Perfection is not necessary in order to answer the call to do something. I may not always know what to do but I do know how to gather people together, create safe and sacred space, connect with my own light and radiate it, and teach others how to do that for themselves. I know how to drum, to do ceremony, to do shamanic journeys and teach others how to do that as well. I know how to be kind, such an easy way to make a difference. I know how, and I do, see the beauty and the magic in the world.

If you are looking for a safe sacred space in which to practice shining and to be reminded of your goodness and light, step into one of our Sacred Moon Ceremony Circles. Next one is Wednesday, February 12, 7:30-9:00 p.m. in my lovely Healing Room Space. Send an email to "> and I will send you the address.
