The Shamanic journey has been used for thousands of years across all cultures to connect people to their Spirit Helpers. It is a simple practice that gives us direct access to our own Guides. We can ask questions, receive teachings, restore balance and harmony, and be supported and loved as we work with these Guides. It is fun, safe, and empowering.

This three-part series is designed to take you from the beginning, learning how to do a Shamanic Journey, to meeting and working with Spirit Guides. You will know how to do a journey, have met and worked with a Spirit Guide, discovered a Power Animal who has been by your side since your birth, and learned different techniques to use as you answer questions for yourself and others.

$250 for the series. Maximum number of participants 8.

Part 1: Introduction to the Shamanic Journey

In this introductory class you learn the basic techniques of a Shamanic journey and practice for yourself. You begin exploring what is known as Non-Ordinary Reality, meet a Spirit Guide, and begin developing a relationship with your Guide.

No experience necessary. A journal, pen, markers, crayons, or colored pencils are needed. Wear comfortable clothes.

This introduction is offered on three different dates. Choose the one that works for you when you register for the series.

March 15, 2023, 5:30-8:30 p.m.

March 24, 2023, 5:30-8:30 p.m.

March 25, 2023, 9:00 a.m. – Noon

Part 2: The Shamanic Journey and Power Animals     April 1, 2023. 9 a.m.- Noon.

In Shamanic traditions it is believed that, at the time of our birth, an animal volunteers to accompany us through life. That animal loves us, supports us, and guides us whether or not we are aware of its presence. Rest assured, though, it is there. During our time together in this class, you meet and begin working, consciously, with a Power Animal. If we have an even number of participants you will be able to journey for each other.

Prerequisite: Introduction to the Shamanic Journey with SabrinaJoy or good journey skills. A journal, pen, markers, crayons, or colored pencils are needed. Wear comfortable clothes.

Part 3: The Shamanic Journey and Divination: Seeing Beyond the Obvious Paths  April 15, 2023. 9:00 a.m. – Noon.

We will learn different Divination techniques that will allow us to answer questions on how to move forward, what to let go, what to let in, and much more.

We work in partners in this class.
