The Shamanic Journey and Power Animals

In Shamanic traditions it is believed that, at the time of our birth, an animal volunteers to accompany us through life. That animal loves us whether or not we are aware of its presence. Rest assured, though, it is there. During our time together in this class, you meet and begin working, consciously, with a Power Animal. If we have an even number of participants you will be able to journey with each other.

Three hours will fly right by in this fun and empowering class. A journal, pen, markers, crayons, or colored pencils are needed. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a drum or rattle, and an eye mask.
